Based on the new book, Mindful Gratitude: Practicing the Art of Appreciation, this workshop is designed for any professional interested in enhancing resiliency, reducing stress, strengthening relationships, and building more respectful workplace cultures. Blending three compelling research-based wellness principals–mindfulness, gratitude, and journaling- the workshop offers participants opportunities to practice skills in each key area as they retreat, reflect, and recharge in a relaxed and supportive environment. Each participant will receive one copy of the book, Mindful Gratitude: Practicing the Art of Appreciation and one Mindful Gratitude Journal and Notecard set. These tools will allow participants to practice their new skills long after the workshop ends, giving the session an extended shelf life and deeper impact.
