Warm Your Heart this Valentine’s Day with a Mindful Gratitude Workshop

Price: $55 – Includes a copy  the book, Mindful Gratitude: Practicing the Art of Appreciation, one Mindful Gratitude journal, two Mindful Gratitude note cards, and light refreshments.

Based on the new book by Christel Wendelberger, Mindful Gratitude: Practicing the Art of Appreciation, this two-hour workshop is designed for anyone interested in enhancing resiliency, reducing stress, strengthening relationships, and building a greater sense of well-being in the midst of life’s challenges. 

Blending three compelling research-based wellness principals– mindfulness, gratitude, and journaling – this workshop offers you the opportunity to practice skills in each key area as you retreat, reflect, and recharge in the relaxing and supportive environment of The Conservancy’s Healing Chapel in the Woods.

Workshop Goals Include:

  • Reduce stress by deepening appreciation of the beauty that exists in your life RIGHT NOW, no matter your circumstances.
  • Practice identifying, processing, and articulating opportunities for mindfulness and gratitude to help you shift perspective and attitude in real-time circumstances.
