Based on the new book by Christel Wendelberger, Mindful Gratitude: Practicing the Art of Appreciation, this two-hour workshop is designed for anyone interested in enhancing resiliency, reducing stress, strengthening relationships, and building a greater sense of well-being in the midst of life’s challenges.
Blending three compelling research-based wellness principals– mindfulness, gratitude, and journaling – this workshop offers you the opportunity to practice skills in each key area as you retreat, reflect, and recharge in the relaxing and supportive environment of The Conservancy’s Healing Chapel in the Woods.

Mindful Gratitude books, journals, notecards, and t-shirts will be available and make wonderful gifts for family, friends, co-workers, teachers, coaches, hostesses, and anyone else you are grateful for.
Join us at the Milwaukee Sailing Center on Sunday, November 5, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Meet the author, listen to a reading, have your book signed, and indulge in some dessert and coffee.
